Like many of you reading this Cancer has affected my family in a big way. Losing my Nan at an age when i can hardly remember her, and then taking my Grandad only a few years ago.

Its not just the pain that the individual suffers from the disease but the impact that it has on the family members left behind.

Cancer Research UK will therefore always be a charity that i intend to raise money for in a hope that it can in some way help one day find a cure.
