Mary Ann Evans Hospice is a great local charity providing brilliant care with very little funding from the government. Having recently spent the day at the Hospice it was very touching to hear many of the stories and the high level of care that the hospice provide.

I will be setting off from Whitehaven heading East to Sunderland climbing just short of 10,000 feet over two days.

Next month I will be competing in Beat the Boss London Triathlon hoping to make time on next year and challenge the boss. #beattheboss
