Over the course of this journey i will test myself to finally go full distance. With the added motivation to be doing this for Night Shelter MK.
Race day is on the 6th of May 2019. 😊
I am planning on doing 25 Miles per week for my training with the following races booked in.
- MK Winter half Marathon 2018 - 9th December 2018✔
- MK 10K Winter warmer 2019 - 17th February 2019✔ *NEW PB*
- MK 20M Festival of running 2019 - 17th March 2019✔*NEW PB*
- MK City Duathlon - 21st April 2019✔
