The Countrywide Great Tour is a 6800 kilometre ride over 64 consecutive days around the coastline of Britain, starting on the 4th July and finishing on the 5th September 2015.

I am taking part in stage 62, from Barmouth to Aberdaron.

Each participant from Countrywide aims to raise at least £100 for the charity partners we are supporting. The charities are: Alzheimer’s Society, Macmillan Cancer Support, Leukaemia & Lymphona Research, Anthony Nolan and Action For A-T.
