This September I will be Running to the Beat on behalf of the charity Greenwich Starting Blocks. This is a small charity aimed at giving young up-coming athletes from Greenwich the chance to realise their full potential.

Starting Blocks helps with the essential costs of training, travel and equipment of competing across the UK and abroad.
