Oh my word! Just finished the Edinburgh Marathon! 5hrs 17 mins - I had hoped for a better time but it was just so hot - hard work at 18 miles which sadly ate into my time! Hey ho my work is done thanks to all of you Xx

The big day is here! It has been a difficult week as my mum has been very ill! Alan & I are here in Edinburgh and I will do my very best to do everyone proud! Thank you so much for all of your kind support - is very much appreciated Xx

Training going well! I ran in the Paul Trigwell Memorial Island race - Sheppey, Kent yesterday 10 miler, weather was stunning! 1hr 40:7 mins
