I have now completed this challenge and the 9 days passed with lots of pain and lots of enjoyment, I will look back on this with alot of pride and emotion, as I know how well this money raised will be recieved by RETT UK.

There will be more smiles put on childrens faces because of it. Thanks once again for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Justin x

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm turning 40 this year, they say life begins here so I thought I would ease myself in with a small challenge like cycling from John 'O' Groats to Land End in 9 days which is 100 miles a day, the last time I used a bike on a regular basis was 30 years ago riding to school, so I think the pain I'm going to feel along the way might not feel so bad if I know i am doing it for a good no 'Great' cause in the aid of people with Rett Syndrome.

People with Rett syndrome have profound and multiple physical and learning disabilities and are totally reliant on others for support throughout their lives. As with any disability, the impact of the condition is not only upon the child but upon family and carers too. RSAUK seeks to support the person with Rett syndrome and the family together. Like most disabilities we don't choose to have them we are just born with them !!!

So this is for my friend Donna and her beautiful daughter Dixie

Luv you both Justin & Debs xx

"Any donation big or small will ease my pain on this long haul".
