The Wobbleberry Challenge is a nationwide event aimed at encouraging older riders who have never given eventing a go, or for those like me for whom it's been a while.  The aim is that by the end of next year we will have taken part in a BE80 event, which includes dressage, show-jumping and cross country.

I can't run a marathon, or even walk for miles, but I can (just about) still ride, so this challenge is a great way for me to raise funds in memory of a really brave teenager and along the way I will hopefully lose some weight, get some level of fitness and even my competing mojo back whilst I do it.  I'd love your support if you can give it :)

I'd feel much more confident in this challenge if my own particular WonderPony (well and me to be honest) was 10 years younger.  My unwitting partner in crime in this endeavour therefore is my 5 year old RockStar (I will replace current photo when I have a Rocky one!).   He has never seen a dressage arena, not even done a walk-trot test yet.  We have jumped a couple of show jumps, but he's not seen a course.  Our one attempt at cross country to date was colourful to say the least: I ended up purple and the air was blue!!  So, even if I can conquer my own wobbles, I am  very much anticipating a somewhat RockyRoad...
