Hever Castle Evening Triathlon · 13 July 2011

We support babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families. And for those that die young, we do all we can to bring comfort to their last moments. We provide care and support in North and Central London and Hertsmere.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I'll keep it short and sweet.

So I'm doing a sprint triathlon next month which is going to be interesting to say the least.  It's around Hever Castle, Kent, with a 750m swim, 20km bike ride and a 5km run.  Here's the website for details:

http://www.castletriathlonseries.co.uk/The_Series/Hever_Castle_Evening_Sprint_Triathlon_Series.htm

It's a bit of personal challenge and I've got a target time of 90 minutes to finish it.  Along the way I'm hoping to raise a bit of money for a good cause - a charity called Noah's Arc Children's Hospice.  They do some really great work in London supporting terminally ill children and their families.  Check out their website for more information about what they get up to:

Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated by both Noah's Arc and myself, don't worry if it's 1p or £100, it all helps.

Don't make me bring out my knee chat.
