It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

At the end of 2017 Jane Burn sadly lost her battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Jane was a fantastic mum to one of my best friends Chris, and wife to Mark. My half-marathon will be ran in memory of her with the goal of raising £500 for the Three Bears Foundation and Pancreatic Cancer UK.

The Three Bears Foundation was conceived following the sad news of Jane's passing, with 9 of my friends also running the New York Marathon (Jane's Favourite City), and is the product of a massive amount of hard work and fundraising particularly from Chris and Mark.

Unfortunately Pancreatic Cancer often goes undetected until it's too late, and the work done by Chris and everyone who has fundraised for the foundation is incredibly significant in helping to find ways to detect and beat the cancer.

Any donations are greatly appreciated and please use Gift Aid if you can!
