London to Paris Bike Ride ( Rugby Tots) · 21 September 2012

We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

Having been a personal trainer for many years, I like to think of my fitness levels being quite high! So I jumped at the chance of doing the mighty London to Paris bike ride with Rugbytots for the NSPCC. However, after buying my first bike recently, I suddenly realised cycling was NOT my forte! But I know the pain will be worth every penny, and I am so looking forward to such a thrilling challenge.

I do not have children myself, but I am an uncle with 4 very close nephews, and they mean the world to me. The NSPCC is a charity I feel very strongly for, and I really want to do all I can to help such a great cause. So, please donate, even if its as little as £5 - it all helps.

Thanks

Jack
