Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I love being on my bike and having just got back into the saddle from a two year break, it feels amazing and made me realise how much l love my bike! Sometimes in life we derail a little and loosing my father did that to me! so my personal charity "Mind" is very close to my heart. Understanding that mental heath effects us all in different ways and in different circumstances, even the strong can sometimes feel vulnerable and need help.

So with this in mind l couldn't think of a better way to give something back to those who help us. With every pedal stroke and muscle pain when climbing those hills this makes it a little more pleasurable and at the same time achieving my own goals.

Not only will l be riding solo,  i'm also part of a team called "RSGB Cycle Team" and together we are going to stack up the miles and have some fun.

So this is for all the people who need support, someone to talk to and help along the way and for my dad would be so pleased i'm back on my bike!

Every penny counts, so any amount donated will be very much appreciated, just like cycling one mile is better than cycling none!
