Hello,

We are going to be doing a 7mile walk along Southend Seafront for Bosom Pals (Breast Unit at Southend Hospital). Our aim is to raise as much money as we can for the breast unit, as this charity is very close to our hearts as one way or another we have all been affected by breast cancer with members of our family or very close friends.

So please get out those long arms and dig deep in your short pockets and help us raise as much money so we can help beat this hideous disease.

At the end of the walk we will all welcome a free foot massage if anybody is willing or brave enough.
