Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Have added pictures of my lovely family - to remind me to keep going for them.  I owe to them and my wonderful friends to do so.

Well managed the walk - found it bit tougher than I expected but no blisters and no aches so I must be fitter than I thought!!  Would like to thank everyone who has supported me through all of this in all manner of ways and especially Grace and Amy yesterday who walked with me and kept me going!!!!  It took us about 3 1/2 hours all told with a couple of 15 minute rest stops.  God Bless you all and thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xx

As many of you know these last two years have been pretty horrendous with both Mick and I succumbing to this awful disease.  Tragically Mick was never to overcome his illness but fortunately I have come through the other side - hey!  I even have hair again!!!  I could not have done this firstly without my terrific medical team, but secondly without all the support of my wonderful friends and family.  I took a lot from all of them and they were there for me in my darkest moments (and still are!) and I would now like to give a little back.  By helping to raise money for this wonderful cause, I hope I can in some small make a difference - as everyone did for me.  So please dig deep and join me in helping this great cause.  Thank you xxx
