Margaret and I are delighted to invite you to my 60th birthday celebration on Sunday 11th October. The venue is 29, Royal Exchange Square, in the Network Bar from 5pm. Dinner will be served in the roof terrace from 6pm, smart and casual please no suits.
As you are aware I have now recovered from my recent heart problems and to that end I would prefer you made a donation to the atrial fibrillation association rather than a personal gift. The atrial fibrillation association assisted me with their support after my diagnosis. There are over 500,000 people in the uk of all ages with the same heart problem and many more unaware of what can happen if treatment is not undertaken when diagnosed.
