I am running in the great north run and hope to complete it in 2hrs 30mins.  I am raising money for the Great North Childrens Hospital Appeal.  I have been very lucky in that both my children have been fit and healthy and are both keep fit enthusiasts too.  It breaks my heart to see little ones suffer with severe illnesses, hopefully with your donations we can make a little difference be it for the charity to contribute to research or to make our hospital a more pleasant place for the children to be.
