Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 6th September I am taking part in the Adidas Women's 5km Challenge in Hyde Park. I am helping my sister Gill, who has MS to complete the course in her wheelchair with the help of her daughter Emma and a few friends.

We are raising money for the Herts MS Therapy Centre (HMSTC), which Gill attend 3 times a week and  I would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to sponsor me.

The Centre offers extensive therapies including Physiotherapy, Reflexology & High Dosage Oxygen treatment, which can help improve or ease symptons of MS. HMSTC is an independent charity, founded in 1983. Therefore it receives no funding from Goverment, the Health Service or any statutory body. The running costs are over £200,000 per year so any donation is greatly appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanking you for your continuing support, it is really appreciated at both a pesonal level and by other users of the Centre.
