The Refugee Council is the nation’s refugee charity. Together with community groups, partners and volunteers, we help people who have escaped war and persecution to rebuild their lives, integrate into communities, and play their part in Britain.

BRIGHTON POEM-A-THON

Between 12 noon to 10 pm on Sunday 11th December, I will be joining (and compering!) a relay of 60 poets and readers who will each read for 8 minutes at the Komedia, Gardner Street, Brighton. BN1 1U. My slot is at 8 pm.

ENTRY IS FREE. There will be refreshments, a bookstall and tombola and information about the charity.
