<div id="story" class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;"> <p>Hi Folks,</p> <p>back in 2008, I completed the Chicago Marathon to raise money for the <strong>House of Hope</strong>, a children's charity, located in Bethlehem on the Hebron Road, in the West Bank.</p> <p>On 25th March 2011, the first ever <strong>Jerusalem Marathon</strong> is scheduled to take place and I have secured a place to run it and in doing so I would like to raise some more money to support the Children.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The House of Hope looks after blind, physically and mentally handicapped kids and opens its doors to all sectors of the local community. It also runs a small workshop for ex -pupils and blind adults making floor brushes.</p> <p>You will know from the media that things continue to be challenging in the West Bank and particularily in the Bethlehem area, where its tough, especially for these children.</p> <p>When I visited the House of Hope I was really moved by the caring and loving approach of the Staff who used very meagre resources to keep things going.</p> <p>They continue to be a real "beacon of hope" in these troubled times and I would like to try and support them.</p> <p>So please,&nbsp; if you can -sponsor me even a small amount will go along way to help these kids.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Many thanks</p> <p>Jack</p> <p>Please Note: All my costs for the Jerusalem Marathon have been covered, so everything that you sponsor me for will go directly to the House of Hope.
