November 15th 2014  was a sunny Saturday that started as normal then heart attack hit Mike Newcombe and took him from his family and friends in a second. This is happening to others as I write this post so myself, Rachel B and Rachel Mc who are able ish decided to push ourselves and do a half marathon to raise money in Oct then today a 10k in Boscombe. Team Mike has raised £4235 for BHF so far this year which we are proud of. We would like to get this total to £5100 by April 2016 as thats £100 for each year he lived. Thanks in advance !   Jack X

To raise this money so far we were helped by Lauren, Alex, Lee, Sam and Broadstone middle friends, Reiff, Chris B, Dave B, Steve C, Steve B, Jo, Debbie, Lloyds in Broadstone and Poole and Juliette. We have cycled miles, run miles, dressed in red, stopped sweets, eaten cakes and most of all had fun doing it laughing lots. We have been supported by loads of friends and colleagues throughout cheering us through arduous events. Thankyou everyone for helping make a positive out of a negative
