Story
I am running the Tewkesbury Half Marathon 2022 the day before my twin neices Emily and Imogen's 4th birthday in heaven to honour them.
I hope to raise some money for research into pregnancy complications and Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome.
The Capella foundation does exactly that.
The Capella Foundation has been born to help increase awareness of medical complications during pregnancy, and to directly fund pioneering medical research projects into
advanced methods of diagnosis and treatment.
All money raised goes directly to the 'Twinkle Capella Research Fund'; In partnership with St Michael's Hospital, Bristol University and Oxford University, the Capella Foundation
directly funds pioneering medical research projects.
As a small foundation based in Bristol, 100% of our fundraising goes directly to this incredibly important cause, to enable vital research to be undertaken in order to advance
knowledge and understanding of methods of diagnosis and treatment of medical complications during pregnancy.
