Hi I’m Jake. I am 15 year old and I live in Suffolk. I have Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy which means I am unable to walk.

I love to play sport and my passion is wheelchair football. I play for Norwich City Powerchair Football Club and like feeling part of the team; this has given me a lot of confidence over the past few months

I'm fundraising for Caudwell Children because they are providing me with a power wheelchair. The funds we raise will help me and other children like me.
