On Saturday 2nd Dec me and other colleagues from BAE Systems will be taking part in the GRIM CHALLENGE. https://vimeo.com/114555948 this will be an 8 mile run with
plenty of mud and freezing puddles. This will be to help raise as much as we
can to help support the Armed Forces and Local communities, as well as our
close friends and family. I know people that have been taken to the breaking point and beyond because they never want to give up and let others down around them and so did not recognise the amount of stress built up inside them until they are forced to stop. so please dig deep in those pockets and help raise as much as we can for a great cause. Lets combat stress together, We all deserve to be happy in our lives.
