<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">After a text one day back in March saying 'you like cycling do you fancy riding to Paris' why not I thought and the next thing it is a reality.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">Six months seemed like plenty of time to train for the 250 mile challenge..... the miles have been racking up and the start date is ever closer....</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">Epilepsy Research UK is only national charity solely dedicated to epilepsy research. Our aim is to substantially increase the funding available for research into the treatment and prevention of this debilitating condition.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">Alder Hey Imagine Appeal which helps make a difference by enabling the hospital to research medical conditions, buy vital equipment, build a better environment, and provide dedicated facilities for children and their families.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">I am also raising money for Friends of Edusport Friend which aims to provide opportunities for young people in Zambia to develop through sport and education to reach their potential. It is thanks to Clare and her support for the charity that the trip has been organised.</span></p>
