I am doing the Manches Moor Park 10k run.  It raises money for the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre - the cancer support and information centre at Mount Vernon Hospital.  I know it's not a great distance but I would like to raise some money for charity and so would be grateful if you could sponsor me.
