The Emma Angel Rose Memorial Fund to raise funds for Little  Buds at Darent Valley Hospital

Our beautiful baby daughter Emma Angel Rose passed away on 5/11/11 when I was 37 weeks pregnant.

We are raising funds for The special care baby unit and maternity unit at Darent Valley Hospital so Emma can help other little babies and so we can keep her memory alive!!
