For me Sarah’s smile and aura said it all J  Although I didn’t know Sarah personally (I am sure like lots of others I feel like I lost out on personally knowing a special soul) living on a small island we see people from time to time and Sarah was one of those people who always had the time to smile (I believe one smile can change someone’s day for the better).  Since Sarah’s life was tragically cut short at the age of 24 when she was brutally murdered in Kashmir, India, on 6th April 2013 I have come to learn how much of a lovely person she really was.

Sarah’s mission was to spread love and live life in a way to make positive change.  Sarah demonstrated this by example as she lived a noble way of life and had a desire to help as many people as she could along the way.. 

To support Sarah’s great legacy to live on the Sarah Groves Foudation has been set up in Guernsey as a Charitable Trust.  Sarah Groves Foundation is a charity that will support Sarah's passions for helping others and achieving ones dreams.   

Sarah was inspired by adventure fitness, children and art.  To support this very worthy cause I will be getting involved in a bike ride from St Malo to Paris and back again, a nice 600 miles over 6 days with a team of 50 people from Guernsey and Jersey this May.  I would be grateful for your support on this exciting challenge.
