I've registered to do the BUPA Manchester 10km run on Sunday 15th May to raise money for MENCAP, which is the leading UK charity for people with a learning disability and their families.  MENCAP is my employer's supported charity for 2011, so a few of us are digging out the old running shoes and having a bash (whilst raising lots of money along the way, hopefully)!  No doubt many of you know that I had a spinal injury just over a year ago, so completing this run will be a huge achievement for me personally.  So PLEASE sponsor me - your support is very much appreciated. :-)
