<div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;"> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;"> <p>Hellooo there!!&nbsp; Thanks for reading this :-D</p> <p>In July 2012, I am planning to travel&nbsp;to South Africa with two other responsible adults and nine teenagers to&nbsp;work with a charity called <strong>*Arise</strong> who work with vulnerable children.&nbsp;&nbsp;The flights are booked but we&nbsp;still need to raise a fair bit of money for the project and so&nbsp;far I've been involved with car washing (if your car needs a clean I can let you know the next dates!), cake sales and&nbsp;running in fancy dress. &nbsp;If you have any fancy dress ideas please let me know...keep it clean though, I need to keep my halo in place ;-)</p> <p>I'm relatively new to this running lark, slowly working my way from 5k, 10k and in February my plans for a half marathon failed when I picked up an injury but I'm planning to do a few more fancy dress running events in the next few months...please feel free to join me or throw energy food (jelly babies) at me!</p> <p>*Arise work in a poor community in the outskirts of Cape Town with children who might find themselves in crisis because of abuse, severe neglect, abandonment, homelessness, drug misuse, parents imprisonment, or parents who are sick and unable to find employment.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you click to pay,&nbsp;the funds go to the Church of the Good Shepherd who are handling the money for us.&nbsp; Whatever you can donate is great and please know that you are supporting a great cause :-)&nbsp;</p> </div> </div>
