Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page, which has been setup in memory of Jake Crockett.
Sadly, Jake passed away after a car accident at the end of summer 2011. Jake was treated and transported by the Sussex Air Ambulance, which provides an amazing service in and around the area where he lived.
His friends and colleagues invite you to make a donation towards the Sussex Air Ambulance, which is supported almost entirely by donations from the general public. As of 6th September 2011, the service has flown 458 missions in the Sussex, Surrey and Kent counties, bringing rapid critical care expertise and emergency transport to numerous patients, saving many lives.
Anything you can donate, large or small, will be much appreciated. Just Giving is a safe and secure way to donate, and will ensure GiftAid is claimed for all eligable UK tax payers. Funds will be sent directly to the Sussex Air Ambulance.
