<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page, which has been setup in memory of Jake Crockett.<br><br>Sadly, Jake passed away after a car accident at the end of summer 2011.&nbsp; Jake was treated and transported by the Sussex Air Ambulance, which provides an amazing service in and around the area where he lived.<br><br>His friends and colleagues invite you to make a donation towards the Sussex Air Ambulance, which is supported almost entirely by donations from the general public.&nbsp; As of&nbsp;6th September 2011, the service has flown 458 missions in the Sussex, Surrey and Kent counties, bringing rapid critical care expertise and emergency transport to numerous patients, saving many lives.<br><br>Anything you can donate, large or small, will be much appreciated.&nbsp; Just Giving is a safe and secure way to donate, and will ensure GiftAid is claimed for all eligable UK tax payers.&nbsp; Funds will be sent directly to the Sussex Air Ambulance.</p>
