The Central Highlands of Papua is an extremely challenging environment to visit, let alone to permanently live in, as Jake has seen for himself having twice visited the Yahukimo Regency where Papua Partners and YASUMAT, one of their local partner organisations operate.
While Eli has yet to visit she has heard many stories over the years and hopes to one day travel to this very complex but beautiful place and to meet it's people.
