Let us tell you about James...
James was a hero through and through. He was the most wonderful, beautiful and amazing person in the whole world and the life and the soul of every party. He adored his family and friends, never spoke badly of anyone and loved meeting new people. We were truly the lucky ones for having him in our lives.
James was diagnosed with bowel cancer in September 2010 and from that point forward our world turned upside down. Despite his illness James never complained and always took the time to ask how everyone else was doing rather than have the attention focused on himself. We would have done anything for James to get better but unfortunately after a short battle the cancer had spread throughout his strong body and he passed away on the 15th December 2010. James was only 31 years old.
James fought the cancer with the courage, dignity and strength of a true hero and his memory will forever live on in our hearts. James left behind a legacy that will live in so many peoples hearts for a lifetime.
James had 600 people attend his funeral in Barnet Church. A true testament to the person he was and how much he was loved by so many people.
We all know how much love James gave to everyone. We love James so much and this is our little way of giving something back. We are all running in the British 10K for a fund in the memory of James in support of Bowel Cancer UK. We didn't know much about Bowel Cancer until it took our beautiful James away and changed our lives forever. By supporting this cause we know we can make a difference to the people who need it - and hopefully help to prevent this disease being felt by other families in the future.
So please dig deep and donate to James' fund.
James we all love you and miss you so very much. xx
