Wow - lets be honest little chance of me doing 75 miles off road from London to Brighton. But if i dont make it - to aid my motivation - I will match all of your donations!

As you can see from the photo there isnt much evidence of me ever having done much cycling - and in fact i decided it was easier to walk even back some 37 years ago!

Given I am now carrying a few extra pounds and dont even have the cool flat cap anymore - this is certainly going to be a challenge.

But its about time i tested myself and one hopes solaraid will gain some benefit from my pain.
