Story

This is the third and final time I will be taking part in this madness.

In 2012 I used the 'wrong bike'. In 2013 I realised that riding a carbon road bike still requires a lot of effort. This year I'm fresh out of excuses and have admitted it's actually my ageing body that is wrong for this challenge - and believe me when I say it IS a challenge!!

Although the route (thanks to Keef) is now as bike-friendly as possible, it's still 500Km of road across 4 countries. Day 2 alone is 180Km.

So, please please PLEASE sponsor me, even if it's just for the joy of seeing me utterly crippled by my own backside. GamesAid is a great cause that makes an incredible difference to all the charities it supports.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Once again, thanks for visiting my page. I'll be updating with pictures of this agonising venture so you feel you're getting your money's worth.
