<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">On 26th June 2011 I am competing in The Ironman Triathlon in Nice, France. For all of you that don't know what an Ironman triathlon consists of, it's a 2.4 mile sea swim, 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile marathon run. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">I am hoping to raise money for St Lukes Hospice, a local hospice that provides care for terminally ill cancer sufferers around the Sheffield area, including my Auntie who sadly died of the disease in 2004.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">The centre provides an invaluable service at no cost to the patient and relies almost entilly on donations to enable it to carry on running so please give generously. </span></p>
