The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I will be taking part in the 45 mile Palace to Palace bike ride on the 5th October. The event sees cyclists making their way from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, raising funds to help change young lives.

Around one in five young people in the UK are not in work, education or training. The Prince's Trust focus their efforts on those people who need help the most. They provide personal development opportunities for those with few or no qualifications, helping them to build their skills, confidence and motivation, and move onto employment.

The Trust helped over 58,804 young people last year.
