We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

From 20 to 22 June this year I will be cycling from London to Paris as part of a team of 30 colleagues, clients and friends to raise money in support of the excellent and essential work done by the NSPCC.

As you are no doubt already aware, the NSPCC support the most vulnerable children in our society. They endlessly campaign to changes laws, provide ChildLine (the NSPCC helpline service) and offer advice to adults whilst also raising money to eradicate cruelty to children here in the UK.

The journey represents a huge challenge for the team. The serious training began months ago and training is now winding down before we set off.

We initially pledged to raise a massive £15,000 and we've been able to reach that total already. However, every penny raised is useful and there's no reason to stop seeking donations. With that in mind, I'd be very grateful for your support and if you could make a donation (no matter how large or small) that really would help to further the aims of the NSPCC. I’d be extremely grateful if you could also spread the word; if there's anyone you know you might be willing to pledge their support to this very worthwhile cause, please don't hesitate to pass on details of how to donate.

Thank you for your support – it means a great deal.

Best regards.

James
