Dear all,

thanks for taking some time to visit my page! This year i'm running the cardiff half marathon for a fabulous charity that i have pleasure of working for, Touch Trust. For those of you that don't know Touch Trust provide unique creative movement programmes for individuals with learning disabilities, those affected by autistic spectrum disorder ( ASD ), complex needs, behaviour which challenges, and other vulnerable groups in the community. Any small donation can go a long way and will help us help those that really need it!
