Story

Hi!

Welcome to Jonny, Josh, Steph and James (or Ferg)'s official, and perhaps highly underestimated, 50 mile bike ride extravaganza fund raising page!

Essentially, we're planning to cycle 50 miles around Derbyshire on 23 August 2015 to raise funds for dementia research as part of the University of Nottingham's Life Cycle 5 event.

Therefore, if we manage to survive, any funds raised will go towards Life Cycle's goal of raising £350,000 to put towards applying the University's research in MRI towards the study and diagnosis of dementia and other degenerative brain conditions.

A little bit more info on Life Cycle and the cause can be found here:

For some info on the cause see here:

We'd be extremely grateful for any donation received. Also, the University is holding a huge BBQ at Nottingham Lakeside Arts Centre on the day, so feel free to come along for some food and the perhaps guaranteed possibility of some sunshine :D
