I'm on my third adventure race, having ticked off Paras 10 and Tough Mudder!

Why go through another one? Well, obviously for charity and a personal and team challenge. I'm taking part with a team of colleagues from Zen - our chosen charity is The Christie. They do great work up here in the North and Cancer treatment is a subject close to my heart having seen the difference great care makes to someone suffering from the disease.

Worth getting soaked and muddy for, and I hope you'll agree that it is a cause worthy of supporting.
