Most of you reading this will know me, so there is not much more to add about me except, St Margaret's is The Maypole Inn's chosen charity for the next 12 months. Through our lives we come into contact with many people, some are fortunate enough to live a normal(ish) life without many major worries but there are some people and families that have the worst news ever and loose a brother or sister, husband or wife, uncle or aunt, or your best mate at the pub, young and old.

St Margaret's help provide care when its most needed at the unexpected end of someones life. I am sure that if it was your family member you would be thankful for the help, love and support that St Margaret's provide in Somerset.

This year I completed my first London Marathon with 4.33.05hrs, and in 2012 I will beat the 4hr barrier. I will train harder than before and try not to get too emotionally silly half way around the Marathon.
