On the 10th of January  i am running a  sponsored 3.2 mile  off-road run over a 4 x 4 course, This means running over lots of inclines and wading through mud and water. As well as the hilarity of me doing exercise! 

I need to raise £100 by the 10th of January, but i'm hoping to at least double that! All proceeds are going to St Nicholas Hospice Care, They provide care and support for the terminally ill so it's all going to a very good cause !

So Why am i doing it? Well i get a a free roast dinner from my local pub when i complete it !

But seriously, since finishing college i have not done at lot, so i think its about time i do. I have never done anything like this before but I'm really looking forward to doing some good and also it gives me some incentive to get fit in the run up to it. If it all goes well i think i may start doing more charity stuff like this.
