About Stella

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, raising money for the Stella Rogers appeal.  At just 17 months, Stella was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer known as Neuroblastoma MYC-N amplified (high risk).  An expensive antibody therapy only available in the USA, costing a massive £250,000 upwards, could increase her chances of survival to 80%.  You can read more on her appeal website: www.forstella.org or get involved and support via the Facebook group.

About the event

I will be running 1,000km throughout 2010, with some of the distance falling into great events such as the London Marathon.  All runs will be tracked with GPS and the SportyPal App... you can see progress here: http://bit.ly/5fBggj.

Distance run (as at 17/02/10): 119km (12%) - current feeling: Probably over did it and now have painful knees that hurt to sleep, but it was a good run and long at 20k :)
