Next weekend, alongside a team of other grads from Jaguar Land Rover, I will be attempting to climb the highest mountain in Scotland, England and Wales in less than 24 hours in order to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity.

Most people who know me will know that the actual act of climbing three relatively small British mountains probably won't be too hard for me, talking about my mental health would be a far greater challenge.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem, which is why the work of a charity like Mind is so important. I know I haven't always been in the best of shape mentally, even if on the outside I've appeared fine. Having good advice and support can really make a big difference to those who are suffering.
