Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I completed the Cardiff half marathon in 2hrs and 12 minutes. This was the largest ever race run through Cardiff with a field of over 11,000 runners. I am proud to say that I completed the course in position 5876 which isn't bad for someone who couldn't run to the car six months ago.  

Thanks to everyone who contributed to my sponsorship which has totalled over £600. Care for the family decided to donate half of the money raised from their Cardiff half marathon fundraiser to Ty Hafen, the childrens hospice for Wales, so anyone who donated actually helped two charities.
