Recently my girlfriend Natalie visited the Hertfordshire MS Therapy Centre and after seeing the great things that they do made the decision to help out in any way possible.

The Centre strives to help and support those who are affected by MS, whether it be those with the disease or the people who care for them.

As a local charity based in Letchworth, any donations will be directly making a difference to the local community. The Therapy Centre is a registered charity and receives no regular funding from either, local or central government, the Health Service or any other statutory body so all costs have to be raised from their own fundraising and the generosity of individuals.

This October I will be running 10k locally in Letchworth itself (http://www.standalone10k.org.uk/) and all fundraising will be going to the Centre.
