<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: #800080;">Today I completed my first Triathlon at a very windy Woodhall Spa in a great time of 1hr 26mins and 10 seconds .</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: #800080;">I beat my target of 1hr 30 mins in very hard conditions so I am very pleased.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Just to say a massive thanks to everyone who gave so generously .</span><br /></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">It started off as a bet in the pub and as I am the wrong side of thirty (five). I have set myself a personal goal to get myself fit this year! (Fish and chips aside)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">I am taking part in my first ever Triathlon on Sunday 29<sup>th</sup> May. This is at Woodhall Spa “Lincolnshire”.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">The event consists of a 400m swim (outdoor pool) 24Km bike and finishing with a 5Km Run.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">I am aiming to complete the event in 1hr 30 mins or as close as possible.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">Just in case it sounds too easy, I am also camping there with my wife and two kids in a £99 all in one tent from Halfords.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">For those who don’t know, St Andrews Hospice </span><span class="text1"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">provide holistic care for adults and children from North East Lincolnshire and the surrounding area, who have a progressive life limiting illness and who require palliative treatment. </span></span><span class="text1"><span style="color: windowtext; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;"><span class="text1"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">Their main aim is improve the patient’s quality of life by providing specialist medical and nursing care in a safe and welcoming environment. They also offer help and support to our patient’s families and carers.</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";"><br /></span><span class="text1"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif";">St. Andrew’s Hospice offers care regardless of race, creed or ability to pay.etc.. They offer their services at no charge, relying mainly on the generosity and kindness of charity donations to provide a real home from home for their patients and their families.</span></span></p>
