Jimmys Pembrokeshire Endurancelife Half Marathon page

Pembrokeshire Endurancelife Half Marathon · 28 April 2018
On April 28th of this year I will be running the Endurancelife Pembrokeshire half marathon, a 15.1 (longer than an actuall half marathon) 1900ft ascent (mad hard) race along the Pembrokeshire coastline. All in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK and ward 84 of The Royal Manchester Children’s hospital.
This year the Manchester Medics Football Club are hosting the National Association of Medical Schools (NAMS) football tournament and as part of that each member of the club has been challenged to raise £100 for our deserving charities. As fearless leader of the best Medics football team in the North West (Medics Dynamo) this is my effort towards that goal.
Pancreatic Cancer has a 5 year survival rate of 5% meaning just 1 person out of every 20 will be alive 5 years after diagnosis. Pancreatic Cancer UK is working tirelessly to improve this so lets give them all the help they can get to fight this devastating disease!
Please donate as much or as little as possible! Will love you 4ever xo
N.B all donations on this page will go directly to Pancreatic Cancer UK however the total will be matched by the club as a donation to ward 84 of the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital which does great work for Children and Families with cancer and other blood diseases.
