I'm James and I have secondary progressive MS.

This August I am travelling the 101 miles South Downs Way, from Winchester to Eastbourne, on a mobility scooter. This is an entirely cross country, offroad route and I'll be accompanied by two fantastic friends on bikes who will be able to pull me out of any unexpected ditches!

I hope this trip will encourage people with MS to realise their potential and to get out and enjoy the beautiful countryside we live in. We'll be making plenty of stops along the way, and hope you can join us for a chat, or perhaps a couple of miles along the route.
